Question: Haunted place in connecticut?

I heard of a haunted building in connecticut and if you get to the top floor you get your money back... i want to know where in ct. and if it even is in ct because my best friend says it's in NYC. Thanks! Oh i thought it was in connecticut guess not... does anyone know of a place near hartford ct or springfield ma?

Well they also have something like that in Evansville IN.
