Question: Why is it rare to find light skinned black girls in miami, florida?

All I see are the Afro- Cubans down here and most of these dark skinned girls are either ugly or pregnant (No offense).

Its not, I live in Miami and Im not dark, ugly or pregnant. They come into my shop all the time. Maybe you live in an area where there are just ugly people like yourself.

Because most of the people Miami have Caribbean roots or have moved out of the Caribbean to Miami...hence being dark-skinned...i dnt know about the pregnant part though...

It's too hot- too much sun- to be light-skinned ( to use your term) ANYWHERE in the south if you want the truth. No shade to go under, ect. edit- But I don't think the men would be light either if the girls were dark, if they all live in the same environment. Wouldn't make sense.
