I think it may just depend on where you live in GA. and who you are around. My stay in GA was not the best, because my environment was not the best. I was around some of the most ignorant, uneducated, broke folks I've ever encountered. But towards the end, I started to meet a different crowd of people (granted, they were not born nor raised there) but, then my stay got better until I left.
