Question: Where can i volunteer in oklahoma?

Hi, I'm an IT professional and due to my work my life has become sedentary in the past years. I though about solving this the best way and since I like helping people I though about volunteering on the weekends. Does anyone know of a place where I can volunteer that I will use my physical strength? With this I would help people and also help myself get out of this sedentary life. Any ideas?
