Question: Does the new hope community church in portland believe in sanctification or backsliding?

DO they believe that you can be sanctified and once you are saved you are not always saved if u sin because you still have the desire to sin (back sliding). Also do they believe that you can be filled with the Holy Ghost and speak in different tounges? How about the rapture? do they believe that Jesus is going to come again and take all that are saved into heaven? Please help because i have no clue on this stuff. The only thing i know is that it is a Christian Church.
