Question: What were the religions of colonial rhode island?

Mostly Pilgrims. they were Puritans

Roger Williams was banished from Mass. because he disagreed with the religious intolerance of the mass. bay colony. he founded rhode island in order to have a colony where every religion is tolerated. mainly there were anglicans and catholics and jews.
