is there anyone here that is from or has been to greenville sc? i am thinking of moving there and was wondering what kind of gay life there is there if any. the population is a little more than 55,000 so going by statstistics there would be about 5,500 gay people living there so you would think it would have some gay life. also what is the city and the outlying areas like? the crime rate, the people and their dimeanor? is it run down or up and coming? what is the attitude of the majority population towards gay people? so if anyone can help please do, thank you so much oh, ken s don't hate adamkamo. he brings to light a very true factor. i lived in alabama for 8 years and there are plenty of gay people but most are so far in the closet they can't see the light of day. and then the ones that are out never go anywhere. but there is not many places to go in alabama. especially nw alabama. then there the thing that southerners never admit to. they do not like to get involved with outsiders. if you didn't grow up there then you're out of luck. i just thought greenville might be a little different, but who knows.melissa breazeale, thank you that is what i am looking for. real information.
