But also the lowest crime rate in the U.S. and lowest police per capita. There are many poor whites and they still do not kill each other like blacks. This is proof that environment is an excuse. Detroit city has the most blacks percentage wise in the U.S. and one of the highest crime rates and the lowest high school graduation rate 32 % . Their are white areas that are poor and even poorer than black areas on this planet. This sounds like biological problems to me.Because if you're just gonna call me racist or whatever, then I'm just gonna assume you're in denial. So can blacks please explain this?
