I think they do because I live in Ohio & a family from West Virginia moved here, they are my neighbors, and they have a huge ratty old 4x4 truck parked in their front yard on blocks, been there for years the back yard they have a car on blocks and a " couch" on blocks which is actually a bench seat from an old truck Plus they rarely mow their yard and they keep a trash can in their front yard. The rest of us all keep our yards nice and neat.
